I was going on my nightly jog, and I had a great idea for a fourth wall breaking omake staring the YS characters. It will be about a series of popularity polls that the YS "fans" ("Wait! ...We have fans?") have participated in, and the characters' reactions to the polls. I'm thinking a 'very soon' release date. A real-life person may even make an appearance...

Well, I've been trying to get my computer situation sorted out (which it now more or less is), and now Arch seems to have vanished...

Arch seems to have been busy with real-life stuff. It happens occasionally ;)

In a nutshell: I've started a new job last week. I have worked for barely 2 months for my previous employer, but that was just a temp job (and not really the job I was looking for anyway). This new job will be a temp job as well, so I still have to keep looking for other jobs in the mean time.

You know, it would be nice to get a permanent job one of these days, especially since I've been looking for work since early friggin 2005, and my current job will be my 6th job within 3 years :?

Yeah, anyway... FTI. Shall we continue? :D

I've started a job recently too, teaching a word processing class one night a week. Not exactly 'keeping me busy', but it's been distracting me for the past few weeks with planning lessons and writing up assignment descriptions. Now that I know you're still around, though, Arch, I'll try to get back to the FTI when I can. =)

So...what's everyone been doing with their lives?

I'm still job searching, and trudging through school. I'm also seriously considering not getting the new Final Fantasy, since I'm not liking what I'm seeing based on the vids online.

I'm currently teaching word processing one night a week, though I don't know how much longer that's going to last (I'm substituting for another teacher who isn't well).

I'm helping a friend with a substantial creative project, so that's taking up quite a bit of my time and energy.

I recently bit the bullet and put a story of mine up on an adult fiction website. It's interesting seeing the reactions it's getting.

I bought Mass Effect 1 as a way of christening my new computer, but I haven't gotten around to playing it yet. I still have Batman: Arkham Asylum on my PC but haven't played it in a few weeks now. I guess I lost interest in it. And I'm playing the Miles Edgeworth game on my DS. Loli sideboob for the win!

...You are so going on my list...

What list? He thought aloud, fearful of the repercussions it could possibly place upon him.

My new avatar is me, from a class. I'm not liking the edit job I did with it, though. I think I'll enlarge that text to cover the entire layer with a more 'menacing' font. Anyone got any good suggestions for one?

I think the font is fine - it conveys that military feeling well. And while I agree that you could probably move the text somewhere else, I can't think of a specific way to make it work any better than it already does (unless you made it huge and stamped it over the whole graphic, but that's just an idea off the top of my head and I don't know if it would actually work).

I'm starting to miss posting here (and on GameFAQs) regularly... Guess I'll do it more often from now on =)

Getting used to my new job, started swimming/working out more often (and attempting to lose some weigh, *ahem*), playing games like CSS and Left 4 Dead with a friend, playing lots of Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and AC/DC songs on my guitar, visiting friends more often, and so on. And I'm still quite busy with growing my hair...

Are they mostly positive or negative?

That's better (even though I saw the previous one only briefly) =)
What type of rifle is it you're using there?

You mean longer than it already is?

Mostly positive, except for an occasional dissenter here and there.

I agree that Ifrit's new avatar works a bit better than the previous one, but I thought the old one was okay too. =)
